1. These terms

These terms govern your use of haultini.com. By using the site you accept them. The site is operated by Haultini AI Ltd.

2. What this site is

This is a marketing website describing the Haultini platform, which is currently in private beta. Descriptions of platform capabilities reflect the product as specified and under development. Nothing on this site is an offer to contract, a warranty of availability, or a guarantee of any particular commercial outcome.

Any prices, rates or charges shown are illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise. Clean Air Zone charges referenced on this site are the published daily rates set by the relevant local authorities and may change independently of us.

3. Early access requests

Submitting the early access form does not create an account, a contract, or an entitlement to access the platform. We select participants at our discretion and may decline any request.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false information, or another person's details without their authority
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any connected system
  • Scrape, mirror or systematically extract content from the site
  • Use automated means to submit forms or otherwise disrupt the service

5. Our content

All content on this site — text, design, code, brand marks — is owned by Haultini AI Ltd or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright. You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation. You may not reproduce or republish them commercially without our written permission.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice. Service levels for the platform itself are governed by the separate service agreement, not by these terms.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for any business loss arising from your use of this website, including loss of profit, contracts, or anticipated savings.

To complete before launch: liability cap, reviewed against the company's insurance.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
