Who we are
Haultini AI Ltd ("Haultini", "we", "us") is the data controller for personal data collected through haultini.com. You can reach us at privacy@haultini.com.
To complete before launch: registered company number, registered office address, and ICO registration number.
What we collect
This website collects personal data in one place only — the early access form. When you submit it, we receive:
| Data | Why |
|---|---|
| Name | To address you correctly when we reply |
| Company | To understand which side of the marketplace you are on |
| Work email | To send you the lane price you asked for and early access details |
| Role (shipper, carrier, broker) | To route your enquiry to the right onboarding path |
| Lane details (optional) | To price the corridor you told us about |
| IP address and browser user agent | Abuse prevention and rate limiting only |
| Submission timestamp | Spam detection and our record of your consent |
We do not ask for special category data, and you should not send it to us. We do not buy contact lists or enrich your submission with third-party data.
Lawful basis
We rely on consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) for marketing contact — the checkbox on the form. For the IP address and rate-limiting data we rely on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) in keeping the form usable and free of automated abuse.
You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing privacy@haultini.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already took place.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of processors, and only for the purposes described:
- Our hosting provider — serves the website and processes form submissions. To complete: name the provider and confirm the data region.
- Resend — delivers your enquiry to our inbox as an email, where configured.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertising networks. Where a processor is outside the UK, transfers are covered by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or adequacy regulations.
How long we keep it
Early access enquiries are kept for 24 months from your last interaction with us, then deleted. Rate-limiting records are held in memory only and are discarded within an hour. To confirm with legal: whether 24 months matches the intended CRM retention.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. Fonts are served from our own domain rather than a third-party CDN, so loading a page makes no request to any other company.
That is a deliberate choice and it is why you have not seen a cookie banner. If we later add analytics, this section will be updated and a consent mechanism added before any non-essential cookie is set.
If you are in Nigeria
Haultini operates in both the United Kingdom and Nigeria. Where we process the personal data of people in Nigeria, the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 applies in addition to the UK regime described above, and the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC) is the relevant supervisory authority.
The data we collect through this website, the reasons for it, and your rights over it are the same in both markets — the form is identical, and the only difference recorded is which market page you submitted from, so we route your enquiry to the right team.
To complete before the Nigerian launch: confirm whether Haultini qualifies as a data controller of major importance under the NDPA and requires NDPC registration, appoint a Data Protection Officer if so, and confirm the lawful basis for any cross-border transfer of Nigerian personal data to UK-based systems.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Have inaccurate data corrected
- Have your data erased
- Restrict or object to our processing
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time
Email privacy@haultini.com to exercise any of these. We will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date at the top. Material changes affecting how we use data you have already given us will be notified by email.
